Darwin Property Valuers Metro is nothing without its dedicated employees. We know that our success is driven by our office and valuation teams, they are the people that let us do what we do. Without them there would be no firm. These are not empty words, we are committed to the development and training of all our team members and ensuring that they have all they need to achieve and grow in their roles.

Our senior property valuation team is committed to ongoing professional development, regularly undertaking training with the Australian Property Institute (API) to stay current with the latest regulatory and ethical standards. We also invest in continuous career development, ensuring our valuers — who hold AVI or RICS qualifications in addition to their API accreditation — remain at the forefront of the industry and deliver the highest level of service.

We also support our office staff with the training and development that they need to succeed in their role. Just like our valuation team our office team is also dedicated to a high level of service and we are dedicated to giving them all the tools that they need to succeed in their role.

All Our employees are essential to the running of our business. We use a range of strategies to make sure that they are able to perform at the highest level possible by:
