Certified Practicing Valuers
All valuers at Darwin Property Valuers Metro are Certified Practicing Valuers (CPV). In order to acquire this certification all our valuer have completed a tertiary education and two year apprenticeship within the field.
CPV are the highest regarded valuers in the country, only someone with their training is able to properly perform a valuation that can stand up to scrutiny. They have the right information to value commercial, residential and rural properties and know how to construct a report that suits the niche conditions of various legislation and standards of the state.
